Mobile workstation lifts loads up to 500 lbs.

Unidex Inc. offers a new portable, electric workstation. It features a 12-V battery-powered base unit for lifting loads up to 500 lbs. from a lowered height of 0 in. to a raised height of 48 in. standard or 96 in. telescoping.

The workstation, which has earned CE Marking, is fitted with engineered-to-order manual tooling for lifting and positioning applications that must be performed frequently or that cannot be done manually.

Features include an electric-hydraulic lift mechanism located in an enclosed box, a battery charger with manual and automatic shutoff built in, a handrail-mounted pendant control, and covered wheels on two 5-in. locking rear swivel casters and two 5-in. front fixed casters.

The area between the legs and table or other tooling on the workstation is unobstructed, providing access to machinery, racks, and conveyors. The footprint is 24 in. wide by 36 in. long.
