Peifer Welding celebrates 50 years in business
Peifer Welding, Ronks, Pa., celebrated 50 years in business with an open house celebration on April 24. The company was founded in 1965 by Christian Peifer, a skilled welder, performing mostly wrought iron railing work. In 1980 the company’s focus moved to commercial and industrial work, with a concentration on fabrication and welding services.
Today the firm fabricates steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and alloys. Welding capabilities include GMAW, GTAW, spot and stud welding, and structural steel welding and fabricating. The company also offers waterjet cutting services on materials up to 6 in. thick.
