Precision Tank & Equipment acquires A&B Welding

Precision Tank & Equipment Co., a tank and equipment manufacturer based in Athens, Ill., has acquired A&B Welding of Thompson, Iowa, a manufacturer of field-erected tanks and general contracting services.

The companies serve different areas in the agricultural tank market. Together, they will offer additional products, resources, and services to agriculture retailers.

All staff of A&B Welding remain in their current positions, including founder and President Arlin Kiel, and the company name remains the same.
