Safety switch mats provide more than 3 million actuations

Tapeswitch offers safety switch mats for protecting machinery, personnel, and equipment. The mats provide more than 3 million actuations, can be actuated at any point, and are fail-safe.

The mats come in several styles, including the abrasion-resistant ControlMat, the puncture-proof and impact-resistant ArmorMat, the aluminum-plated Diamond Plate mat, the antifatigue Comfort Zone mat, and the molded parallel-plate models. Standard actuation forces are from 22 to 66 lbs.

The products can be custom-engineered in a variety of sizes, lengths, edges, lead point connectivity, curves and angles, cutouts, and colors. When combined with a safety interface module, the safety mats form a complete safety system.
