Techni Waterjet-ANCA form partnership

Techni Waterjet, Shawnee Mission, Kan., has signed the ANCA Group as its new equity partner. With the agreement, ANCA takes a 25 percent share in Techni over the next two years, with options to develop a closer partnership in the future. ANCA is a developer of CNC technology and a manufacturer of CNC grinding machines in Wixom, Mich.
The two companies have worked together previously in developing the core software for both the Quantum ESP™ and the PAC-60™ bevel cutting head.
