Temperature indicating stick length doubled

Tempil, an ITW Company has updated its Temp-Stik test kit to include 5-in. Tempilstiks in place of the 2.5-in. sticks in the previous test kits. The sticks measure 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 325, 350, 375, 400, 425, 450, 475, 500, 550, 600, 700, and 800 degrees F.
The temperature-indicating sticks can be stroked on a workpiece from time to time during a heating operation. When the rating is reached, the stick leaves a liquid smear.
The new package includes a basic guide to ferrous metallurgy, as well as preheat charts.
