Thermacut s.r.o. acquires HOLMA AG

Thermacut s.r.o., a subsidiary of IBG Industrie-Beteiligungs-Gesellschaft GmbH & Co. KG (IBG), has announced the acquisition of HOLMA® AG, a producer of laser and plasma cutting consumables.
The new acquisition fits into the global strategy of the Thermacut Group, a supplier of plasma cutting torches and consumables. In addition, HOLMA customers will gain access to Thermacut's products, experience, and R&D technology.
