ITW acquires Tregaskiss

Illinois Tool Works has acquired Tregaskiss Welding Products, a Canadian welding company.
Tregaskiss, a maker of robotic and semi-automatic welding torches, has 179 employees and supplies products to welding supply distributors in Canada and the U.S. Based in Windsor, Ontario, the company will continue to operate independently.
