TRUMPF acquires 100 percent of AFM, Canada

Sept. 6, 2007, TRUMPF Inc. acquired 100 percent of Advanced Fabricating Machinery (AFM), Canada. AFM was formed July 1, 1997 by TRUMPF Inc. and Robert Watson as an equal joint venture.
AFM, under the continued leadership of Robert Watson, will serve the Canadian market as a sales and spare parts facility for TRUMPF products.
