AT&F adds waterjet cutting machine

AT&F, a provider of large-scale metal fabrication, has added a 5-axis waterjet cutting system to its plant in Cleveland. The machine allows the company to cut and process various materials, including titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, and composites.

The 5-axis head design allows for a variety of intricate and complex angle cuts from 0 to 90 degrees, including beveled edges and weld landings. In addition, the system possesses one of the largest cutting envelopes available, able to handle sections of material up to 14 by 30 ft. and up to 15 in. thick.
