TECHNI Waterjet celebrates 25th anniversary

Waterjet cutting machine supplier TECHNI Waterjet™ marks its 25th year in business in 2014. Founded in 1989 by Darren Reukers and Glenn Langdon in Campbellfield, Victoria, Australia, the company began by providing robotic and automation systems to the automotive industry. The firm soon found a niche in the robotic waterjet market for high-speed trimming of automotive components such as headliners, floor and trunk carpets, door panels, and instrument panels.

In 2004 the company opened a U.S. office in Lenexa, Kan. The company also has facilities in Poland and Thailand.
