Waukesha Metal Products acquires Metal Skills Plus

Waukesha® Metal Products, Sussex, Wis., has acquired certain assets of Metal Skills Plus LLC of DeForest, Wis. The strategic acquisition expands Waukesha's capabilities and provides additional diversification of its customer base and markets served. Some of these new markets include industrial packaging machines, medical equipment, and building products.
Waukesha Metal Products is an international metal forming supplier with capabilities including metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, and tool design and build.
