Tool deburrs parts on punch press

Wilson has introduced a tool that deburrs parts on the punch press. Available for TRUMPF® or thick-turret-style punch presses, the tool coins a small chamfer on the cut edge to deburr straight lines or arcs, including acute angles and very small radii.
The ball assembly design helps reduce setup and adjustment time by enabling operators to adjust the ball pressure without disassembling the tool. According to the manufacturer, the ball assemblies also extend tool life when working with a variety of sheet materials.
