Tool offers alternative to replacing entire die in parting applications

Wilson Tool's Dura-Die parting tool with replaceable die inserts offers punch press fabricators an alternative to replacing the entire die in parting applications.
The replaceable inserts are engineered with the company's Ultima® premium tool steel. The die base is made of shock-resistant steel, allowing it to withstand high punching forces.
The tool is available for standard parting in C, D, and E stations – close-to-clamp is available in D and E stations. Positive SlugHugger2 relief options also are available.
