Fab 40 Submission Form
The Fabricator magazine is ranking some of the most successful U.S. metal fabricating companies in its June 2024 issue, and we would like your help in collecting the following information about your company. We will use the information to rank contract and custom metal fabricators in our FAB 40 ranking.
Please take a moment to read over this form and respond to the appropriate questions. Basic information (company name, location, number of employees, reported revenue numbers, and company capabilities) will be included in our FAB 40 ranking in the June 2024 issue of The Fabricator. Other information will help us determine which companies might be good profile candidates for future issues of The Fabricator.

The submission form is currently closed. Submissions are accepted starting in February. In the meantime, you can submit your information to Dan Davis at ddavis@fmamfg.org
