Airgas acquires Welding & Therapy Service Inc.
Airgas Inc., a supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases based in Radnor, Pa., has acquired Welding & Therapy Service Inc., an industrial and medical gas and welding supply distributor with locations in Louisville, Ky.; and Bedford, Clarksville, Columbus, and Princeton, Ind.
The five locations and 51 associates have joined Airgas’ Mid America region.
