Hawk Technology acquires assets of ALM Materials Handling

Hawk Technology Inc., Rock Island, Ill., has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary ALM Positioners Inc. has acquired the assets of ALM Materials Handling LLC.

Hawk is a designer and manufacturer of tooling, fixtures, robotics integration systems, vision inspection systems, and customized automation systems.

ALM Positioners Inc., in conjunction with Hawk Technology and operating as an independent subsidiary, will manufacture a branded line of welding and assembly positioners for blue chip manufacturers and distributors. The company's positioners are used by customers to elevate and rotate large weldments to a convenient height and working position.
