ESAB earns ISO 14001

ESAB Welding & Cutting Products, Florence, S.C., has earned environmental management system certification for ISO 14001. The company says it is one of the first welding and cutting businesses in the steel industry to achieve the certification for multiple locations worldwide.
That standard requires organizations to identify all environmental impacts and associated risks and then implement actions that take a proactive approach to minimize impact, with an emphasis on continual improvement.
