Tregaskiss, BDI enter joint venture, form new company

Tregaskiss Welding Products, Windsor, Ont., has entered a joint venture with Browne Distribution Intl. LLC (BDI), forming Tregaskiss Intl.
Tregaskiss Intl. is responsible for the growth and support of Tregaskiss Welding Products outside of North America.
Clive Tregaskiss, CEO of Tregaskiss Welding Products, said the merger with BDI puts an added focus on the global welding products market.
