Barckhoff hires senior sales executive

Richard Alley has joined Barckhoff Welding Management, Victoria, Minn., as a senior sales executive.

Alley has a background in both sales and marketing, having served the welding industry in various sales and sales management positions with KSM/Omark/Erico Fasteners for 30 years. He also has been part of the American Welding Society's (AWS) management team since 1980, having served on the executive committee, the board of directors, and as president. He joined the AWS staff in 1991 and served for 12 years as associate executive director.

Alley attended both Butler University and Indiana University/Purdue University Kokomo and is a graduate of the Charleston Institute of Association Management.
