Lincoln Electric appoints VP, deputy general counsel

Jennifer Ansberry, vice president, deputy general counsel.

The Lincoln Electric Co., a subsidiary of Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc., Cleveland, has named Jennifer Ansberry as vice president, deputy general counsel. Ansberry's role as deputy general counsel has been extended to include leadership of the company's environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) policies, programs, and practices. This role is in addition to leading portions of the company's legal function, including global mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, corporate governance, and other general corporate legal matters.

Ansberry has been with the company for 10 years. Before that she served as an associate at Thompson Hine LLP and at Keating, Muething & Klekamp LLP. She received a doctor of jurisprudence degree from the University of Cincinnati - College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Lincoln Electric manufactures arc welding products, robotic arc welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment, and brazing and soldering alloys.
