Lincoln Electric names VP finance, Americas Welding

Cleveland-based Lincoln Electric Co., a manufacturer of arc welding products, robotic arc welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment, and brazing and soldering alloys, has promoted Daniel E. McMillin Jr. to vice president finance of the Americas Welding segment. He succeeds John Bronstrup, who has been promoted to president, business development for Americas Welding.

McMillin has more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience. He joined the company in 2004 as director of financial reporting and has held several finance leadership positions, including European finance director and international controller. Before joining the company, he held finance and accounting positions with RTI Intl. Metals Inc. and Coopers & Lybrand. McMillin, a CPA, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ohio University.
