Elgin Fastener Group announces staff additions

Elgin Fastener Group (EFG), Batesville, Ind., has announced three new additions to its staff.

Brian A. McDonald has been named corporate controller, located at the Batesville corporate office. A graduate of Milligan College in Tennessee, he holds an MBA from Xavier University. McDonald has more than 17 years of experience in operations finance with both private and publicly held organizations.

Larry Dray has joined the company as director of supply chain management. He received a bachelor's degree in political science and history from the University of Oklahoma. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Dray has more than 30 years of experience as a sourcing leader for a variety of domestic and global manufacturing organizations. He currently works from the Quality Bolt & Screw division of EFG in Brecksville, Ohio.

Alicia Sanford has been appointed as a technical sales representative based in Winnebago, Ill., with responsibility for Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. She has worked in the fastener industry for more than 20 years, having served in industrial sales engineering and account management positions with Camcar-Textron, Textron Fastening Systems, Acument Global Technologies, and Ifastgroupe Distribution.

Elgin Fastener Group comprises seven domestic specialty fastener manufacturers, a metal finishing company, and an engineering and international procurement division.
