ETM Mfg. adds business development, customer service staff

ETM Mfg., Littleton, Mass., a supplier of custom sheet metal manufacturing, machining, and assembly serving regional OEMs, has added staff to its business development and customer service teams.

Richard Dapp has almost 40 years of manufacturing experience in engineering, sales, and service. As business development manager, he develops market strategies for expanding the company’s footprint in industrial automation and energy.

Also added to the business development team, Paula Papineau cultivates new customer relationships in such markets as high-tech, telecom, and biotechnology. She has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in outsourced manufacturing environments.Promoted to business development manager, Mike Moore develops and serves customers in food transportation and retail display. He joined the company in 2010.

Neshma Downey has been added to the customer service team. Downey brings experience in service environments focused on problem solving, detailed development of customer requirements, and ensuring responsiveness in highly demanding markets.
