H.B. Fuller to acquire Tonsan
H.B. Fuller Co., St. Paul, Minn., has signed an agreement to purchase Tonsan Adhesive Inc., Beijing, a developer and manufacturer of engineering adhesives including silicone, epoxy, anaerobic, and cyanoacrylate technologies.
The transaction is expected to close in fourth-quarter 2014.
