ITW Red Head names engineering manager

ITW Red Head, Wood Dale, Ill., has hired Bill Dubon as engineering manager. Dubon leads the product development process and engineering initiatives.

Previously Dubon was engineering manager for Pentair Electronic Packaging, a provider of standard and custom electronic enclosure systems. He also served as product development and product manager for DEI Project Engineering Co., a full-service mechanical engineering company.

He holds numerous patents and is certified by the Illinois School Board as a vocational instructor of biomechanics. He earned an M.B.A. from the Keller Institute, Oak Brook, Ill., and a bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, Monterrey, Mexico.

ITW Red Head manufactures mechanical and adhesive anchoring systems used in commercial construction and industrial applications.
