Jacobson Mfg. – Tiffin LLC, Medina, Ohio, an affiliate of Continental/Midland, Jacobson Mfg., MSD Stamping, and Minuteman Distribution, has acquired the assets of HTG Tiffin LLC, Tiffin, Ohio.

Jacobson Mfg – Tiffin is under the direction of Jeffrey R. Allen, P.E., vice president/general manager of the Jacobson Mfg. and Minuteman Distribution groups. Jacobson Mfg – Tiffin is a part of the fastener group that includes all of its affiliated companies.
