Electron Beam Technologies promotes vice presidents

Electron Beam Technologies Inc., Kankakee, Ill., has promoted Steven Roe to vice president of engineering and Valgene E. Raloff to vice president of marketing and product development.
Roe joined the company in 1990 as a design engineer. He later was named chief engineer, leading engineers and designers in the development of specialty processing and electron beam irradiation equipment. Before that Roe worked with Moxness as a project engineer.Raloff has been with the company since 1996 as project manager. He previously served as engineering manager at Bernard Welding Equipment Co.
