Hawk Technology develops leadership team

Hawk Technology Ltd., a designer and manufacturer of tooling, fixtures, robotics integration systems, and vision inspection systems in Rock Island, Ill., has announced the development of a leadership team, resulting in several promotions.

Josh Clare, previous president/CEO, has taken on the leading role in business development, and Rob Doneth has been promoted to president. Doneth has been with the company for four years, serving previously as an automation manager.

Mark Ross has been named the CEO/CFO. He has been with Hawk/ALM Positioners for three years, formerly serving as president of ALM (an independent subsidiary of Hawk Technology) and CFO of Hawk.

Myron Pundt has been promoted to vice president of engineering/R&D for Hawk. He has been with the company for 20 years, serving previously as vice president of engineering.

Kevin Toft has been promoted to president of ALM. He was previously vice president and general manager.

Paul Hackbarth serves as president of United Craftsman, acquired by Hawk in 2014. He formerly served as general manager.
