Messer Cutting Systems appoints president/CEO

Thermal cutting gantry machine manufacturer Messer Cutting Systems Inc., Menomonee Falls, Wis., has appointed Bill Heller as president and CEO, effective September 2014. He replaces Gary Norville, acting president and CEO, who will retire in August.

Norville has been with the company for 32 years, beginning as a sales rep for the Midwest region. He served as president and CEO for the last 7.5 years.

Heller has been with the company for five years in the position of product manager for the material handling and laser machine lines. Before that he spent 37 years in the cutting and welding field, with a background in sales of robotic automation. He holds a degree in business from University of Mount Union.
