November 8, 2005

Panasonic Factory Solutions Co. of America has moved from Elgin, Ill., to a new facility in Buffalo Grove, Ill. The new facility houses the company's three industrial market units: Welding and Robotics, Electronics Assembly (EAG), and Microelectronics (MEG).

Company President Tom Gebhardt said the new location closer to O'Hare and other industrial corporations is more convenient for customers who are visiting or training with the company. The new facility provides added lab space specifically for metrology and a MEG clean room that is 60 percent larger than the previous one.
