Ultra Tech acquires Motch & Eichele

Ultra Tech Machinery of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, has acquired The Motch & Eichele Co. of Eastlake, Ohio. Operating as The Motch & Eichele Co. LLC, the company continues to represent and distribute its engineered machinery and provides after-sales service and support.

Willie Eichele, son of the founder, has been promoted from vice president of sales to executive vice president. He manages the sales group and serves as an equal partner in the company.

The two companies together serve as a one-stop source for standard and special cutting, forming, and grinding equipment, along with turnkey systems that include automation. In addition, Ultra Tech provides machinery retrofits, rebuilds, and upgrades.
