Yaskawa Motoman demonstrates career path opportunities to students

To celebrate National Robotics Week, Yaskawa Motoman invited student groups to take tours of its Dayton, Ohio, facility and to speak with automation professionals about future job opportunities. Attendees also had the opportunity to see live robotics demonstrations. More than 350 students from local schools and career centers attended.

National Robotics Week was instituted by Congress as the second full week of April every year. Its purpose is to recognize robotics as a key technology for the U.S. economy and to foster interest in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) disciplines among students.
