Roundo AB merges with group of Swedish fabricating companies

Roundo AB, Hässleholm, Sweden, a manufacturer of bending rolls, has joined a group of family-owned metal fabricating companies in southern Sweden.
This merger gives Roundo direct access to multiple TRUMPF® laser machines, Amada and TRUMPF CNC press brakes, as well as a high-speed plasma burning machine with 2.5-in. plate cutting capacity. The new equipment will enhance the company's in-house production capabilities, allow for quicker machine frame production, and allow it to share resources with a team of more than 250 people.
Roundo bending rolls are distributed in North America exclusively by Trilogy Machinery Inc., Belcamp, Md.
