TRUMPF names VP of engineering, manufacturing

Fabricating machinery manufacturer TRUMPF Inc., Farmington, Conn., has named Stephan Bundschu to the position of vice president, engineering and manufacturing. He is responsible for overseeing the machine assembly, components, sheet metal, tooling, and purchasing departments. He also continues to manage the engineering department.
Bundschu began his career with the company in Ditzingen, Germany, in 1991. He transferred to TRUMPF Inc. in Farmington in 2002 and assumed the role of chief engineer, special projects. Since January 2004 he has served as director of engineering.
