AP&T, Cell Impact ink cooperation agreement for high-velocity bending

AP&T and Cell Impact AB have signed a long-term cooperation agreement by which Cell Impact’s high-velocity impact units will be integrated with AP&T's bending and forming systems for volume production of heat exchanger and flow plates for the automotive and energy industries.

The agreement applies through Dec. 31, 2017, and can be extended after that for two years at a time.
