Metform, Bradbury form strategic alliance

Metform Intl. Ltd., Mississauga, Ont., and The Bradbury Group, Moundridge, Kan., have formed a strategic alliance that will give both organizations the ability to share technology; cooperate in various markets in North, Central, and South America, and increase the reach of both organizations in these geographic regions.

The alliance will create a combined manufacturing capacity of more than of 300,000 sq. ft. located at sites within the U.S. and Canada. Combined engineering resources will increase synergy in research and development and innovation within each organization, giving the alliance the ability to bring new products to the marketplace on a greater scale and in less time, the companies report.
