A.T. Wall acquires Metalform Co.

A.T. Wall, Warwick, R.I., the stamping and tube drawing subsidiary of ATW Companies, has acquired Metalform Co., a New Britain, Conn.-based gun magazine manufacturing firm.
The acquisition of Metalform's deep-drawing, stamping, and pistol magazine fabrication capabilities supports ATW’s vertical integration into the firearms and defense industries. Metalform’s key sales and operations personnel will be joining the new team.
