Ice Industries acquires Blue Chip Mfg.

An affiliate of Ice Industries Inc., Sylvania, Ohio, has completed its purchase of the assets of Blue Chip Mfg. & Sales LLC, a metal fabrication, machining, welding, kitting, and assembly company in Columbus, Ohio.

The new entity, known as Ice Industries Columbus Inc., continues to operate at Blue Chip's former location. It serves the military directly, as well as prime military contractors and Ice's existing nonmilitary customer base.

Ice Industries is an international provider of large-format, deep-draw, high-tonnage metal stampings, fabrications, and welded assemblies to the appliance, HVAC, medical, refrigeration, automotive, off-highway, fire and safety, filtration, heavy truck, and military markets.
