The Bradbury Group acquires Hilleng International and Diecraft

The Bradbury Co. Inc., acting through its subsidiary, Bradbury Australia, Pty Ltd, has announced its further expansion into the southern hemisphere. The new company has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets and intellectual property of Hilleng International and Diecraft. The deal is expected to close in the near future.

Hilleng International is a manufacturer of sandwich panel laminating machinery and systems. The business has been established for more than 35 yearsand has installed more than 250 panel manufacturing systems worldwide. Diecraft has been in business for more than 25 years and is a supplier of rollforming equipment to the rainwater goods market.
