Vero Software, Planit Holdings merge

Vero Software, Gloucestershire, U.K., a provider of CAD/CAM/CAE systems for the tooling industry, has announced its merger with Planit Holdings, Kent, U.K., a developer of CAD/CAM software for the production engineering, sheet metal, metal fabrication, and woodworking sectors.
The Planit Group offers its software products globally under the Edgecam, Alphacam, Cabinet Vision, CabnetWare, Javelin, and Radan brands. Vero focuses on plastic injection molds, sheet metal stamping dies, multiaxis milling, laser cutting, and wire EDM, offering its software products globally under the VISI, PEPS, Machining Strategist, and SMIRT brands.
