Bronx International joins Fives Group

On November 30, 2010, Bronx International Inc. and its subsidiaries Bronx/Taylor-Wilson Ltd. and Abbey International Inc. were acquired by the Fives Group, a company headquartered in Paris, France.
On January 3, 2011, Bronx International Inc. and Abbey International Inc. changed their names to Fives Bronx, Inc. and Bronx/Taylor-Wilson Ltd. changed its name to Fives Bronx, Ltd. with both entities adopting the Fives visual identity.
Fives Group expertise is in designing and supplying process equipment, production lines and plant facilities on a turnkey basis for industrial companies worldwide.
