Chicago Slitter announces staff appointments

Chicago Slitter, Itasca, Ill., a supplier of equipment for coil slitting, blanking, and cut to length, has announced the appointment of two new staff members.
Scott Erickson has been named project engineer. He has achieved five U.S. patents in laser system design. His primary focus has been on photonic engineering, specializing in laser systems, optics, and fiber optics, as well as project management, automation, robotics, and micromachining.
Paul Braddock has been appointed to the position of replacement part specialist. He has experience as an applications engineer and a product marketing specialist. He previously worked for McMaster-Carr and Siemens.
