American Torch Tip buys Precision Products

The American Torch Tip Co. (ATTC) has announced that it has purchased the Precision Products Co. of Canaan, N.H.
Precision Products specializes in manufacturing plasma torches and consumables used primarily in the metal fabricating industry.
ATTC, located in Bradenton Fla., has been in business for more than 65 years, occupies 70,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, warehousing and office facility, and employs more than 225 people.
