Matheson to transfer ownership of gas, welding supply business to Indiana Oxygen

Matheson, Basking Ridge, N.J., has announced an agreement to transfer ownership of its Elkhart, Ind., gas and welding supply business to the Indiana Oxygen Co. The companies expect to complete the transfer in July 2012.
Indiana Oxygen has an established network of branch locations in Indiana. It has been one of Matheson's strategic process-approved EnableSM distributors since 2006.
