Hobart partners on Bay Bridge project for "It’s the tie that binds" campaign

Hobart, Troy, Ohio, continues to collaborate on welding projects across the U.S. as part of the company’s “It’s the tie that binds” brand campaign.

The latest video to join the campaign features the reconstruction of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, one of the longest spans in the U.S.

To complete the project, Hobart worked with the engineers at Portland State University to ensure they had a specifically formulated, low-hydrogen filler metal capable of binding the bridge’s critical support structures.
