ILMO Products acquires Smitty's Welding Supply
ILMO Products Co. has acquired Smitty's Welding Supply Co. to broaden its delivery of medical, industrial, beverage, and laboratory gases, as well as gas and welding equipment, in the metro St. Louis area. This acquisition expands ILMO's current St. Louis footprint and total service area.
ILMO will blend its St. Louis branch with Smitty's Soulard facility and operations. All Smitty's employees will be integrated into ILMO. For metal fabricators, contractors, and welding professionals, the blending of the two companies will offer an expanded product line, new delivery areas, access to ILMO’s certified welding inspectors and trainers, and local customer service.
