Senior VP joins Motoman

Motoman Inc., a manufacturer of robotic systems in West Carrollton, Ohio, has named Kazumasa (Kazu) Okabe as senior vice president.
Okabe has more than 30 years of experience at Yaskawa Electric Corp. and holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Utsunomiya National University of Japan.
In his new position, Okabe serves as a board member and officer. His direct responsibilities include sales to Japanese-American companies and liaison for large, global automotive opportunities.
