Böhler-Uddeholm to host March 10 heat-treatment webinar

Böhler-Uddeholm has announced it will present the webinar “The 10 Keys to Good Heat Treatment” on March 10, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. EST.

Joe Price, technical manager, will cover such topics as the basics of heat treatment, the root causes of failures, and the manufacturing techniques and processing strategies used to improve tooling performance.

With almost 20 years of experience in heat treating, Price has been a technical manager with the company since 2008. Before that he was a corporate metallurgist for commercial heat-treating company Paulo Products Co. He has a master’s degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla.
