Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators announce staff additions
Brian Hitt
Bauer Welding & Metal Fabricators, a provider of tube fabrication and welding in St. Paul, Minn., has announced two staff additions.
Brian Hitt has been named director of operations. He has 20 years of product engineering and lean manufacturing experience with John Deere and Polaris Industries.
Todd Rachel joins the company as executive vice president. He has 25 years of turnaround business growth in new product innovation and operational leadership with Ford Motor Co., Ricardo Strategic Consultants, and Polaris Industries.
